Colophon originally re-design and re-launched the website for Hank's Seafood Restaurant in December 2006. The site was a great success for the restaurant. With an attractive and easy to use design, the website could be found high up in the search rankings for key search terms and helped to inform customers and increase web-based and phone reservations. Keeping pace with the rapid changes in web marketing, Hank’s management returned to Colophon this year to update the website.
With a fresh, streamlined design and expanded information the new www.hanksseafood.com has retained the elements that made the first version of the site a success while upgrading other areas with new content and updated technology. Working directly with the Hank’s marketing team, including executive chef Frank McMahon, Colophon completed and released the new site in time for Hank’s 10th anniversary.
The re-design features stunning photos shot by Brianna Stello of Stello Photography, Charleston, SC. The pages have been further optimized for search engines and new content has been added to allow for a more informative experience for visitors.
Hank’s website is hosted by Colophon and the server technology has been upgraded to ColdFusion 8. The hosting plan also included a free upgrade to SmaterMail 5.0 and SmarterStats 4.0.
Colophon New Media is proud to provide Hank’s Seafood with web development services. We can also recommend and evening at Hank’s. The food, service and ambience is second to none is Charleston.
